Caitlin is the best. Open honest and direct! After being in our residence for 33 years there was a need to downsize and on recommendation of our daughter we used Caitlin McLain to purchase our future home and list our current home. This was hard due to the years that we were in our residence, the memories, neighbors, and moving from 3,200 Sqft. to 1,500 Sqft. When all is said and done with Caitlin efforts and guidance, knownledge of the market, and the staging of our residence. We were able to list our home and have a full cash offer for our asking price within 4 hours of it coming on the market. With only a few bumps in the road the house was sold and closed 6/15/2026 and we are not settling into our new home and updating it to be ours.
